❥{my cbc event =)

Today (i mean yesterday, 12th August...lols...pass midnight le...>.<) got my cbc event which is...eh...erm...ahahaha >.<

I am also one of the speaker for the cbc event (talking about first year modules). Kinda nervous until wanna go bonkers le...lols...super nervous cos didn't prepare any script and was too full in replying emails and preparing for the slides...lols...>.<

But oh well...kind of added in some pictures of the lab that i took and also a video from spms opening...

Then we meet up earlier at 4 pm to organise the slides a bit and also discuss what to say here and there...lols...both of are i think are going to impromptu there le...ahahahaha =X

Then when we reached there...eh...i think too early le bah...there are still some students there asking questions with a lecturer...and then...saw Derek (my friend from same course also...but more pro...he is scholar...waaa >.<)...and he also wanted to attend the talk (super funny lor...when he email me that he want to attend the talk...he kinda start with "Yo Jia Xin"...ahahahaha...at first also wanna reply in the email as "Yo Derek!!" but then...lols...i think still have to be somewhat formal bah...but then when i saw him in the LT...kinda went a bit haywire...lols...as in...we joke and laughed until super...ahahahahaa!!...cos i kinda teased him a bit...and somewhat he keep asking me "what is the food...i wanna eat le..."ahahahaha...super funny...lols!!!!!! Then after that, when i told him food haven't come yet...he went off to meet his friend to eat dinner le (aiyooo...where got so fast got food...we haven't give speech yet...lols =X)...

Then slowly got a lot of people start coming into the LT le (Derek also count and say waa...finally got people le...he very funny de lor...keep thinking nobody will come...tsk tsk...of course people will come...cos its our first event!!!!! woohoo!!!!!!!)

Then it is the start of the event le...At first it was my logistic director (who is also first year) to talk about half the portion of the first year module...then after that it is my turn...omg...i was like eh...what to say...what to say...cos my logistic director kinda "brush" off some part which i wanna say...haiz...long story...but oh well...i try to pull back by saying "actually PAP is still quite a challenging module cos u need a lot of thinking out of the box...for example...when i first saw a question on optics in pap exam last semester...i was super stunned...cos i dun have any box there to think on the spot...so try to think out of the box more often when u study this module"...dots...what am i saying...lols...but oh well...but kinda funny la as in it is my first time using mic to talk to people...somemore so many people...hmmm...i realise that actually my song is kinda...eh...hmmm...not very girly on the mic...oh my tian...this is scary...i dun wanna be too boy boy...oh my tian...ahhhhhhhhhh T_T

But from this event...learned a lot...in some part of the talk got kinda shoot by my senior speaker who is studying phd currently...haiz...long story also...but oh well...learned a lot from him also...and the most important thing is i learned a lot on how to run for a post in a club...how to talk better in front of big crowd...yar...and...i am going to run for soms club this coming election day...woohoo!!!!! Ganbatte!!!!!!!!!! Need lots of help and votessssssssss >.<
