Working night shift now...
Super night...from 8pm to midnight >_< Not scare of the dark actually...but is more scare of what is crawling in the dark...eeeee~ >_< Oh well... Today super long day...and really exhausting...or should i say brain consuming...just less than 4.5 hours and my brain is gg-fied...so went straight to nap once i reach hall in the afternoon... Oh rite...now a short summary of today's de summer research: Basically today i spend the whole morning waiting for prof to find suitable research for all the summer reearch students (total of 8 students)...and very sianz i am the last one of the list...so have to wait from 10 am to 12.30pm for my turn...haiz! After which when its my turn...prof and mentor start discussing on what topic to look up on...and i am kinda stoning there cos they sound like talking Greek...or have i landed in some other alien planet...everything sound so alieeeennn to me...haizzz... After which mentor start to bring me around the lab...telling me some stuff such as what to do...where to do...and what to get those sort of stuff...super stress as she started asking me to do all sort of calculations...which as everyone knows...i hated!!!!!! ZZZZZ...hated anything got to do with calculations or anything got to do with numbers... And the research lab seems so...erm...small and...erm erm...different from the teaching lab...cos in the teaching lab...can find everything very easily and the lab is clean and have own fume cupboard...but over here...its squeezy...small and...eee~ Oh well...have to learn to adapt to all sort of environment bah...but still...kinda...eee...and also have to do a lot of mental work such as mechanism and looking for procedures for different materials that i need...which is...oh my tian...have given everything back to 113 and 213 lecturers le...zzz >_< Gosh...got to do a lot of reading up...and lots of self research of journals...hope i survive this summer...>_< Xin ♡
